Flat Out Pair

Get your flat line baits/lures in clean water! The flat out is built from high quality carbon fiber and stainless steel components, coupled with a Sea Sucker suction cup and a Black's outrigger clip. The flat-out offers multiple mounting options with the ability to thread the tube into the top or the side of the suction cup. Use it on the top side of your covering board or suction it to the hull side. It also includes a stainless steel eye bolt to attach a safety line.
